After spending $72 on this conditioner (that I love) I spent $15 on two different universal pumps. Neither worked. It’s hard to get conditioner out of this giant bottle without a pump. It’s too thick to transfer to a smaller bottle, even with a funnel. This isn’t rocket science. Large shampoo/conditioner bottles need a pump. Yes, I can cut the straw down on the one pictured, but that doesn’t solve the problem of the top being too big to screw on….
