This could be the absolutely perfect unit for travel, however, two different units, both brand new, have the same issue where the audio output is either nonexistent or so low and distorted as to be inaudible, even at max volume. Multiple attempts to troubleshoot, including plugging in external speakers yields the same result. When searching online through various forums, this issue was documented to have occurred as far back as 2019, and at other various times throughout. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this unit for anyone until these reliability issues are changed. Maybe wait for the next iteration of this product. So disappointed.
