4. For a 4 or 5 it looks like a LS top than a dress. I did not like the design either. It’s cut too low both in the front and back. If this is supposed to be a dress that a little girl would wear off her shoulders there’s no way I would want any 5 year old I knew to wear it. I don’t even wear dresses like that! I was expecting an holiday dress for a young child. I did like the color and the velvet fabric but that’s about all.
