Really nice quality chair for the money. This feels better than the Office Depot chair that I spent double the price on. The ergonomic are nice with plenty of lumbar support. Would be nice if the lumbar support was adjustable, but as is, it’s pretty supportive. The headrest is nice and has lots of adjustment points. The mesh fabric is a little rough on skin that isn’t covered by clothing, but overall it solved the problem of my old chair, which made my tailbone (coccyx) hurt after sitting in it for several hours. Now I can work comfortably without issue. The mesh is also very breathable and cool which adds to the comfort.I also really like the adjustable armrests. I can fold them up completely and have them out of the way or I can adjust the height of them to maximize my comfort while typing. The parts and materials of the chair feel strong and durable, and I don’t think that there will be any issues of premature wear or breaking. I feel confident in the longetivty of this chair so far. It was also very easy to assemble and it included a nice Allen wrench with a t-handle to make assembly easier.Lastly, the manufacturer was nice enough to send me the roller blade wheels as well when I reached out to them. I wasn’t able to find them for purchase on their store front, but would have happily paid for them if it were an option.Overall, I’m really happy with this new chair and I’m looking forward to using it for years to come!

I had high expectations of this chair given the reviews. These expectations were reduced somewhat when I got the package and saw their support email was an @hotmail.com address. The chair went together fine. It is typical in quality with a set of Allen head bolts and included wrench. The pieces arrived fine and undamaged. It went together fairly easily and quickly with just one person assembling. My problem with the chair are some finish aspects:1. Some bolts stick through the interface and are exposed in an area that can be seen and touched. It just looks unprofessional.2. The armrests feel a bit cheap. There is some shake to them even at the lowest setting. The armrests also feel too high even at their lowest setting for me. Additionally, even though you can raise them to get them out of the way, there is no angle adjustment down and they are naturally angled up a bit.3. The “fabric”, if you want to call it that, basically feels like woven plastic; It is rough, it is uncomfortable. If you are sitting in the chair with long pants instead of shorts you may not care, but it’s not exactly what I’d want to pick for an office chair.4. The back of the chair feels too far forward for my taste compared to the seat. There is no adjustment to shift this back if you feel the same way. I am not a large person and would consider myself a fairly average height and size male.5. The headrest is ok. It moves around a lot and luckily I have it at its lowest setting as when you yank the chair forward it tends to change its height setting. So, it’s an okay chair. I just believe you need to go in expecting an “okay” chair rather than what the high reviews set you up for.
