Where to begin…….First, it definitely took a long time for the couch to be delivered. Ordered on June 26, was supposed to be delivered on July 3rd, then was told the 8th, then the 10th and so forth. Had to eventually contact UPS. The couch was finally delivered on the 16th. Second, the couch was delivered with a piece missing to keep the arm of the couch in place. Third, the couch is very hard, not comfortable at all to sit or lay down on. Lastly, the couch seems very small to what is advertised. Totally not worth the buy…..
